Damaged
or Lost Replacements
If you have
tapes or CDs that have been damaged through use or parts of a set have
been lost (i.e. tape 4 of a 8 cassette book has been lost) you can send
it in for a damaged or lost replacement. A charge is applied to these
replacements as follows:
- $3.50
per replaced tape
- $5.00
per replaced CD
- $5.00
per replaced CD-ROM
This charge
includes shipping and handling. Follow these steps to replace the media:
- Write
a description of the damage or the lost part
- Send the
product, your description and a check or money order for the above amount
to Covenant Communications Inc. at

- Wait for
about 2 weeks for the replacement to be shipped back to you.
