If you recieved
the product and it had ripped or missing pages, damaged media, shipping
damage or missing media such as tapes and CDs or CD-ROMs, it qualifies
as defective. Please follow these steps to replace it.

a description of why the product is defective
- Send the

- Wait for
about 2 weeks for the replacement to be shipped back to you.
