Defective Replacements

If you recieved the product and it had ripped or missing pages, damaged media, shipping damage or missing media such as tapes and CDs or CD-ROMs, it qualifies as defective. Please follow these steps to replace it.

  1. Write a description of why the product is defective
  2. Send the product and your description to Covenant at

    Defective Replacements
    P.O. Box 416
    American Fork, UT 84003

  3. Wait for about 2 weeks for the replacement to be shipped back to you.
