Bookstore Exchange/Return Guidelines

We have set up guidelines to allow for the exchange of merchandise purchased from Covenant and for the return of defective and damaged merchandise. Merchandise may not be exchanged or returned unless a Return Authorization number has been issued. Return Authorizations will not be granted to accounts which have past due balances. Credit(s) issued under the Exchange guidelines may not be redeemed for cash and may only be applied to future purchases.

The guidelines for returning merchandise are different based upon the type of return you request (i.e., exchange, damaged, or defective), and the guidelines should be read so you have a complete understanding of what qualifies under each category. All returns are to be sent prepaid to:

If you are returning product in more than one box it is IMPORTANT you number the boxes like this, 1 of 3. . .2 of 3. . . etc., so we know all the boxes were delivered.
